When looking to buy a house, my boyfriend and I decided that we could do it on our own. We looked at a bunch, called the realtors made the appointments but just felt really overwhelmed by the whole thing. It always felt like there was a lot of pressure on us by the selling realtor to be in and out. Getting a little discouraged we were going to put the buying on hold for a bit until my brother suggest that we use his realtor that helped him buy his house. So we gave Ken a call and that was the best thing we could have done. Ken is laid back, listens to what you want and gives you what you want. Ken made the appointments to look at the houses that he found for us, based on what we were looking for. Took us there and we got to look through the whole house without feeling any kind of pressure. Having Ken with you is basically having another friend along to help you find the perfect house, except that he knows what he is talking about. He is honest and reliable and works around what we wanted. Most of all he is incredibly patient as most home buyers know, you want the perfect house, and you aren’t necessarily going to find it right away. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of buying the house, which is incredibly useful. He also knows the market which makes it even better. We finally found our perfect house and Ken helped us buy it. He negotiated a price that we liked because he knew that we had what the seller wanted. Ken is a guy who will not show you a house just because it is in your price range. If you go in and it is not even worth looking at, he will be the first one to lead you out right away. I have no regrets in having Ken help us buy our house, and hey I think I even made a new friend ;)
