That is why I will take the time to listen to your needs and desires, and will answer any questions that you may have to make your home buying experince as stress free as possible. Purchasing a home should be enjoyable. Here are just some of the ways that I can help you make this expeience less time consuming, more enjoyable, and less expensive than if you tried to take this challenge on yourself.

I will provide you with promt, friendly service from 9:00am to 9:00pm from Monday to Sunday. I will walk you through the first steps in purchasing a home, update you on how the market is and if there are any changes.

Sit down with you and find out why you are wanting to purchase a home. Is it to stop paying rent ? To have a place of your own and to start building equity, or is it just to up grade to a bigger house ?

The next step that you would need to do is to speak to your financial institution to get pre-qualified. This can be done over the phone, or online. If you are unsure of who to use, or do not have a mortgage professional, then I will refer a professional mortgage specialist to you that has a proven reputation for succesfully pre-qualifing my clients.

Once we have found out the reason you are looking to buy, I will add the criteria that you are looking for in a home, and the area that you would like to live into my database.

Once all the information is added then you will be sent emails of properties that match the criteria we entered, and you will also receive all the new listings days before the listings are available to the public on
www.MLS.ca.

When you are ready with a list of properties that you would like to see, I will book the showings and take you through the ones that you have selected. If there is one that you would like to purchase, I will write the Offer To Purchase for you and negotiate on your behalf.

If the offer is accepted, the paper work will be forwarded to your mortgage specialist, and lawyer on your behalf. If you do not have a real estate lawyer, then I will provide you with a lawyer who has a very good reputaion of explaining the closing cost to you, and closing the deal.
